SyncoPol® EA480 is aromatic polyester polyol of molecular weight 240 g/mol with medium viscosity in range 2,500 – 4,500 cPs, hydroxyl value 225-245 mgKOH/g, functionality ~2.1. Products impacts superior fire retardancy, low smoke generation, and low lambda value suitable for sandwich panel, spray foam, laminates block foam and PIR foam.
High reaction of aromatic polyester impact to shorten demold time that will give fine cell foam and good insulation property. Its also improve flowability and reactivity in spray foam.
SyncoPol® EA480 can be used in combination with other polyols, additive and fire retardants in order to improve the PUR system properties and achieve good flame retardancy, various degrees of crosslinking and high close cell contents.

Products made based on SyncoPol® EA480 are of excellent quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process this polyol is distinguished by very good parameters, not only in PUR systems.
SyncoPol® EA480 keep container tightly closed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight. Maximum storage temperature: +55°C. Please respect the maximum allowed temperaturę determined by packaging producer. Recommended storage temperature: 30 - 50°C. Partially used containers should be tightly resealed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product.
