Rokopol® M1140 (Polyether polyol)

Rokopol® M1140 is a polyether polyol, a block/statistical copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with EO capping based on glycerine. It exists in the form of liquid free of mechanical impurities, may be opalescent. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 39-43 mgKOH/g, and dynamic viscosity within the range of 850-1050 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Properties and applications
  • possibility to obtain viscoelastic foams with very good parameters of density, elasticity, tear resistance and high comfort factor,
  • wide application in the furniture and automotive industries,
  • used in combination with polyol Rokopol® F3600 it reduces hardness of the standard foam or hyper soft foams,
  • used for production of HR foams, viscoelastic foams and as a cell opener,
  • used for production of increased quality flexible foams, soft and hyper soft foams and gel foams.
