Active Play AS H 8013_2 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive based on MDI mixture, with high functionality (>2.5). It exists in form of a dark amber liquid. It is characterized by viscosity of 1000-2000 mPas at temp. 25°C, with the content of NCO groups between 14,5-15,5%.

Active Play AS H 8013_2 is a dedicated raw material for the production of cold and hot molded parts from SBR and EPDM rubber granules obtained also in the process of recycling. It is moisture-hardened.

Properties and applications

Product properties:

  • the prepolymer can be applied cold or hot,
  • the product forms a rigid joint with good elasticity,
  • the product does not contain volatile organic solvents, 
  • the product is easy to apply for joining various rubber granules,
  • the product has high resistance to temperature - in the production of formable elements temperatures in the range from about 90°C to 150°C can be applied,
  • higher humidity allows shortening of the curing process of a surface or element,
  • the product improves good mechanical properties of formed elements.

Application:

  • broad application in the polyurethane sector,
  • for making cold and hot molded parts from SBR or EPDM rubber granules,
  • suitable for the manufacture of, inter alia, weights and similar products, 
  • the product is intended only for use in industrial installations or professional activities.
