Superplastyfikator CP is the equivalent of Superplastyfikator CA40 FF in a solid form, i.e. the polycondensate of calcium salt of naphthalene sulfonic acids with formaldehyde (NSF). It is a light brown powder with low moisture content (maximum 10%), well soluble in water. Low bulk density reduces transport costs.

Properties and applications
  • allows to reduce the amount of batched water (even by 25%) without deteriorating the consistency of the concrete mix;
  • allows for less cement consumption, which reduces costs (while maintaining a constant water / cement ratio);
  • increases the compression strength of concrete (up to 30%);
  • extends the setting time of concrete, maintaining consistency;
  • reduces the amount of water used in the production of drywall;
  • not sensitive to overdosing, easy and convenient to use;
  • low dosage of 0.5 to 3% per mass of cement;
  • can be used at temperatures of up to -5 ° C without inhibiting cement hydration;
  • does not cause corrosion of reinforcing steel (low chloride content);
  • practically does not introduce air into the concrete mix;
  • the product's powder form reduces transport and storage costs;
