SULFOROKAnol A325/1 is an anionic surfactant with the name defined by INCI as: Ammonium Laureth Sulfate. The product is provided in the form of a viscous liquid preserved with MIT/CIT. SULFOROKAnol A325/1 has high foam-formation properties and may be used as foaming agent.
It is used in body washing preparations, liquid soaps, shower gels and shampoos. SULFOROKAnol A325/1 is also recommended for the production of clear or pearl shampoos of medium or high viscosity. Thanks to its rich and gentle foam, the product makes the hair soft and smooth. It is used as an ingredient of bath foams and shower gels, in which softness and high foaming properties are of key importance. The product ensures good foaming even in case of hard water and large amount of pollution.
SULFOROKAnol A325/1 is also used as a detergent. The product is used as an ingredient of liquid detergents, including window washing solutions and car detergents. SULFOROKAnol A325/1 is also used to produce synthetic extinguishing agents, in which it generates and stabilizes fire-fighting foam.
The surfactant should be applied in formulations, where pH value is lower than 9, because of the release of ammonia in alkaline environment. The product is recommended for cosmetic formulations in combination with amphoteric surfactants and amino acids. To obtain appropriate rheological characteristics, SULFOROKAnol A325/1 may be combined with alkanolamides or ammonium chloride. The product is compatible with anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants.
SULFOROKAnol A325 / 1 is an easily biodegradable product, compliant with the biodegradability criteria set out in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents.
