ROSULfan LP (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, SLS) is an alkylsulfate in the powder form. The product belongs to surfactants of anionic nature with a high content of active substance of at least 92%.
The main features of this product include excellent emulsifiability, wettability and most importantly strong foam-forming properties - this product produces high and very stable foam.
Because of its ionic character, this surfactant is suitable in formulations with anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. The product is compatible with most admixtures and additives for concrete.
The most important function of the product is to increase the frost resistance of concrete. In addition, the aeration features help to plasticize the concrete mix, especially during the production of vibration-pressed components. This prevents clogging of dosing hoppers in the production of paving blocks Due to its form, the product is ideal for mixing with dry mortars and other ready-to-use powder mixes. Its wetting properties significantly improve the efficiency of adhesive mortars.
Product covered by ADR/RID regulations.
ROSULfan LP is approved for use as an indirect food additive on the basis of lists published by the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the German organization BfR (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung).
