SyncoPol® DL1001 is a medium molecular weight polyether diol used in a wide variety of polyurethane applications ranging from elastomers, coatings and adhesives to prepolymers and blends for rigid foam systems. SyncoPol DL1001 is a clear liquid of molecular weight 1000 g/mol with low viscosity in range 120-180 cPs at 25°C, hydroxyl value 107-117 mgKOH/g, functionality ~2.0.
SyncoPol® DL1001 can be used in combination with other rigid polyols and additive to improve flowability in the PUR system and also used as an adhesion promotor in rigid PUR and PIR foam.
SyncoPol® DL1001 polyol is hygroscopic, and dry nitrogen or low dew point air is recommended for tank padding. Drums should be kept tightly closed to prevent contamination. The recommended storage temperature is 20-25°C.
Products made based on SyncoPol® DL1001 are of excellent quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process this polyol is distinguished by very good parameters, not only in PUR systems.
Main application advantages of the product SyncoPol® DL1001:
Intermediate for production of polyurethane floor & roof coating, adhesive, elastomer and sealant;
recommended polyol to improved flammability and promote excellent adhesion property in PUR and PIR foam;
low viscosity provides good compatibility with pentane.
