Rokester® 2421 is a polyester polyol. It exists in form of a clear, pale yellow to yellow liquid. It has hydroxyl value within the range of 240-255 mgKOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 3500-4000 mPas at temp. 25°C.
Rokester® 2421 is an aromatic polyester polyol PA/DEG for production of sandwich panels with PIR core and PUR/PIR in metal lining, using continuous method. It is dedicated to auto-formulations. Owing to its unique features it can be used as the only polyol component in PIR (polyisocyanurate) formulation without addition of other polyesters or/and polyethers. It does not contain flame retardants. Rokester 2421 has lower ability to create stable emulsions with n-pentane (as compared to Rokester 2402 and Rokester 2416).
