Rokester® 7525GT is a polyester polyol. It exists in the form of homogeneous, colourless to pale yellow liquid. It has hydroxyl value within the range of 170-190 mgKOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 1300-2200 mPas at temp. 25°C.
Rokester® 7525GT is an aromatic formulated polyester polyol for production of sandwich panels with PIR core and PUR/PIR in metal lining and in soft lining, using continuous method. It is addressed to manufacturers of sandwich panels with limited ability to feed all components of auto-formulation on their production lines. Dedicated to auto-formulations. Owing to its unique features it can be used as the only polyol component in PIR (polyisocyanurate) formulation without addition of other polyesters or/and polyethers. It contains flame retardant and additional water.
High ability of the polyol Rokester 7525GT to create a stable emulsion with pentane isomers need to be emphasised. This has significant impact on the quality of the cell structure of the core and on aesthetic values. This polyol also has the ability to improve aesthetics of the sandwich panel surface (as compared to the surface obtained using polyol Rokester 2416).
