SyncoPol® GT1050 is a glycerine based polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 155-165 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~1050 g/mol. The product has low viscosity in range 200-600 cPs at 25°C and functionality ~3.0.
SyncoPol® GT1050 is a multifunctional polyether polyol designed as an intermediate for the production of polyurethane Coating, Elastomers, Sealant Application and OCF foam.
The low viscosity of SyncoPol® GT1050 imparts good flowability which can be used in combination with other polyols in rigid foam formulation to promote Adhesion strength and good dimensional stability of PUR Rigid foam.
Its use allows a formulator to obtain a good combination of processability, positive impact on the cost economy and good properties of final product.
Main application advantages of the product SyncoPol® GT 1050:
recommended polyol to improved adhesion property and good dimensional stability characteristic of rigid polyurethane foam systems,
low viscosity provides good flowability and insulation property.
Products made based on SyncoPol® GT1050 are of excellent quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process this polyol is distinguished by very good parameters, in both PUR & PIR systems.
SyncoPol® GT1050 polyol is hygroscopic, and dry nitrogen or low dew point air is recommended for tank padding. Drums should be kept tightly closed to prevent contamination. The recommended storage temperature is 20-25°C.
