EXOdemul WD-18 is a specialized non-ionic surfactant designed for the oil industry. The product is offered in a form of a viscous liquid with active substance content reaching approx. 100%; the solidification point of the product is approx. 10°C.
EXOdemul WD-18 is primarily intended for the processes of separating water/oil emulsion and it has very good water separation properties from the emulsion (acts as a so-called water dropper). The product is dedicated to the processes of demulsifying medium and heavy crude oil. EXOdemul WD-18 is soluble both in an aqueous and oil phase, which improves the effect of separating the emulsion. RSN value of the product is approx. 17.6, which means that it is hydrophilic.
The product is non-toxic, unclassified (CLP/GHS) and environmentally friendly. It contains no hydrocarbon solvents and other hazardous substances.
