SyncoPol® S500 is a multifuntional polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 475 - 505 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~500 g/mol. The product has medium viscosity in range 7,500 - 11,500 cPs at 25°C and functionality ~4.4.
SyncoPol® S500 is polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam for insulation, and construction.
The medium viscosity polyol can provides a good balance of desirable parameters like flowability, good foam rise, dimensional stability and mechanical foam properties.
SyncoPol® S500 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve the PUR foam properties and achieve better K-Factor.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product. It also has good compatibility with pentane.
