SyncoPol® SS480 is sucrose-sorbital based polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 475 - 505 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~480 g/mol. The product has low viscosity in range 5000- 7000 cPs at 25°C and functionality 4.2.
SS480 is multifunctional polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam for insulation in refrigerators, insulated panel, pour in place, bunstock foam and refrigerated transportation vehicle.
Also a good choice for high density, pour-in-place and wood imitation with good surface finish.
SS480 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to enhance compressive strength and gain a better foam cell of PUR Rigid foam.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
