SyncoPol® VF690 is glycerine based polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 240 - 250 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~690 g/mol. The product has low viscosity in range 200 - 300 cPs at 25°C and functionality 3.0.
SyncoPol® VF690 is polyether polyol ( Included antioxidant) designed for the production of visco-elastic foam for bedding and furniture.
SyncoPol® VF690 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to achieve low foam density ’s requirement. The low viscosity of VF690 imparts good flowability of polyurethane foam system.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
