SyncoPol® EL970 is linear polyester polyol with hydroxyl value in range 90 - 120 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~1000 g/mol. The product has viscosity in range 350 – 470 cPs at 60°C and functionality 2.0.
SyncoPol® EL970 is polyester polyol, designed for the production of polyurethane foam for C.A.S.E, footwear and slabstock flexible foam application.
SyncoPol® EL970 has a very good flexibility, widely used as a single and blending polyol.
SyncoPol® EL970 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve flexibility in C.A.S.E and it can be used for increasing flowability in footwear application. Moreover it can maximize elongation in slabstock flexible foam.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.

Products made based on SyncoPol® EL970 have excellent in foam quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process, this polyol is shown very good foam performance in rigid polyurethane foam.
