SyncoPol® AR300 is Amine initiated reaction polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 735 - 775 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~300 g/mol. The product has viscosity in range 40,000 - 50,000 cPs at 25°C and functionality 4.0.
SyncoPol® AR300 is self-catalytic polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam which is required high reactivity, especially spray foam. Also used as a blending polyol for refrigerator, insulated panel, double band laminates, spray foam and wood imitation formulation.
SyncoPol® AR300 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve insulation property, flowability, compressive strength and improve compatibility with pentane.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
Main application advantages of the product SyncoPol® AR300:
provide a better flowability of rigid polyurthane foam system,
provide high compressive strength,
increasing compatibility with cyclopentane,
give a fine cell foam which can improve insulation property,
shorten demolding time.
Products made based on SyncoPol® AR300 has excellent in foam quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process, this polyol is shown very good foam performance in PUR system.
