SyncoPol® EA470 is aromatic hydroxylate polyester polyol with hydroxyl value in range 230-270 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~470 g/mol. The product has viscosity in range 1,000 - 5000 cPs at 60°C and functionality ~2.0.
EA470 is polyester polyol, designed for the production of polyurethane foam for insulated panel, spray foam and laminate block foam.
The EA470 impart superior fire retardancy and low smoke generation properties. High reaction gives shortens demold time which achieving fine cell and good insulation.
EA470 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to give fine cell foam and good insulation property.
Main application advantages of the product SyncoPol® EA470:
recommended polyol for improving fire retardancy in rigid PIR & PUR foam,
based on EA470 used in formulated polyol, providing more close cell and good insulation property.
Products made based on SyncoPol® EA470 have excellent in foam quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process, this polyol is shown very good foam performance in rigid polyurethane foam.
