SyncoPol® S340 is sorbitol base polyol with hydroxyl value in range 515-700 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~340 g/mol. The product has viscosity in range 540 - 700 cPs at 25°C, functionality 3.3 and clear liquid.
S340 is polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam for appliance insulation, pour in place insulation and insulated panels.
Low functionality and high hydroxyl value of S340 provide a good combination with other polyols and additives in order to improve flowability good cell foam and compatibility profile with pentane of PUR Rigid foam.
It can obtain good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.

recommended polyol to improved provide a better flowabiliy of rigid polyurthane foam system,
