ROKAcet LPK is a non-ionic surfactant from the group of the polyoxyalkylene esters of fatty acids. This surfactant has the form of a clear or slightly cloudy liquid, colourless to bright yellow in colour and a coagulation temperature of approximately 3°C. This product is soluble in water. The content of the active substance is a minimum of 99%. It is safe for the aquatic environment and it is not classified according to the CLP regulations. It is easily biodegradable in the environment. These traits contribute to its popularity among formulators in different branches of industry.
Due to its properties, Rokacet LPK has many potential uses in the general textile industry. Both as a base as well as an additive to lubrication formulations. As an additive it is compatible with water-soluble, synthetic bases of the PAG type (polyalkylene glycols). It exhibits excellent tribological properties, including anti-wear and anti-seize. As a non-ionic low-foaming preparation it meets the requirements in terms of washability in water, which is particularly significant in the textile industry. The natural origin of the raw material enables the classification of Rokacet LPK as an eco-friendly and non-toxic product, which significantly expands its applicability. Rokacet LPK is classified in the ISO range: 46-68. The viscosity index (VI) for Rokacet LPK is over 180, indicating the exceptional stability of kinematic viscosity during temperature changes. Its characteristic low viscosity enables efficient use and prevents adhesion of materials in the machines used in the textile industry.
Rokacet LPK is used as an ingredient in the systems used in industrial cleaning. It exhibits high compatibility with other surfactants, both non-ionic and ionic. It works perfectly in combination with other formulation ingredients, including different solvents. In addition, it can be used for acidic, neutral and alkaline formulations with the addition of a hydrotrope.
