ROKAmer NP1000 belongs to the group of non-ionic surfactants of alkoxylated ether polyols based on amines. The product is based on propoxylated 2,2',2''-nitrilotriethanol and has the form of a liquid with a low freezing point, i.e. below -20°C. The active substance content is about 99%. The product is soluble in water and has a cloud point in an aqueous solution in the range of 52–57°C (for a 1% solution).
Due to its three-functional structure, ROKAmer NP1000 is mainly used as a cross-linking agent and binder in the production of double-sided adhesive tapes. Aqueous solutions show a low foaming character. For this reason, it is used as an auxiliary agent in institutional laundry detergents.
ROKAmer NP1000 is a non-classified product according to the CLP / GHS Regulation.
