EXOfos PA-1300 is a phosphoric ester based on isotridecyl alcohol used, among others, as a component of various types of industrial formulations dedicated to metal processing.
The commercial product is in liquid form and is offered in acid form. The product is characterised by an acid value to the first contraflexure point in the range of 230 to 255 mg KOH/g, and 8% phosphorus content.
The density of the product at 20°C is about 0.98 g / mL. The product dissolves well in water. It dissolves very well in naphthenic, rapeseed and paraffin oil, as well as in acetone and gasoline.
EXOfos PA-1300 is highly hydrophobic. The product is intended for use mainly as an additive to lubricants and oils. It is characterised by very good lubricity and displays very good extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) properties. Thus, it can be used in a wide range of application conditions. The product works perfectly with other ingredients and additives of the formulation.
EXOfos PA-1300 also contributes to the improvement of the moisturising and cleaning properties of preparations used in processes of metal cleaning.
The product is perfect for processing steel and aluminium materials.
