ROKAnol® LP911 (Polyoxyalkylene glycol ether)

ROKAnol® LP911 is a non-ionic surfactant that belongs to the group of alkoxylated fatty alcohols. The product belongs to the ROKAnol® LP series, which constitutes a large group of low-foaming products. They are mostly products dedicated for use in such processes that require non-ionic surfactants with a clearly reduced foaming, while maintaining stable application parameters.

Thus the product is used as an ingredient of household, institutional and industrial laundry detergents and in other industrial processes. ROKAnol® LP911 comes as a concentrate and contains approx. 100% of the active substance.

The marketed products is available as a liquid with a solidification point below -20°C. At the temperature of 40°C, its colour reaches the max. value of 100 on the Hazen scale. ROKAnol LP911 forms clouded solutions in water. It features a very low cloud point over the temperature range of 9÷11°C. The low temperature of solidification in aqueous solutions makes it possible to use the full application advantages of ROKAnol LP911, especially at low temperatures (below the room temperature).The surfactant has very good wetting properties, especially on woven fabrics. Thus it is used in institutional detergents, fabric additives (pre-treatment and dyeing) and in finishing preparations all. For dyeing, the product may be used in systems with high centrifugal forces – particularly in the jet dyeing process. The product also has degreasing properties in the auxiliary formulations for fabric bleaching and cleaning. ROKAnol LP911 may be also used as a low-foaming ingredient of cleaning agents for floors and other hard surfaces (concrete, ceramic flooring etc.).
