Active Play AS N Green is a one-component polyurethane adhesive based on polymeric MDI with high functionality (>2.5). It exists in the form of green liquid. It is characterized by viscosity of 1000-3000 mPas at temp. 25°C, with the content of NCO groups between 6.0-7.0%.
Green-coloured adhesive applied by spraying on SBR granules, changing its black colour.
It is used to bond SBR or EPDM granules, among others, in the production of sports mats.
Active Play AS N Green is a green-coloured adhesive for bonding SBR or EPDM granules. It is applied by spraying. It changes the colour of black granules to green.
Spray consumption is 0.5 to 2.0 kg/m2, depending on the thickness of the target layer. The curing time depends on temperature, surface thickness and humidity. To speed up the curing process, water, catalyst or solutions of both can be used. The spray should be thoroughly mixed before application.
Active Play AS N Green does not contain harmful organic solvents.
Advantages of product application:
easy to apply adhesive for joining rubber granules,
high resistance to temperature - in production of formable elements temperatures in the range from 70°C to 150°C can be applied,
higher humidity and temperature allows shortening of the hardening process of a surface or element.
