ROKAnol® SP15L PF is a non-ionic surfactant belonging to the group of propoxylated fatty alcohols. Its INCI name is PPG-15 Stearyl Ether. The content of the active substance in the commercial product exceeds 99%.
The product is a colourless to pale yellow liquid. It has a low viscosity. Its solidification point is approx. 0°C, which makes it much easier to handle in process conditions.
ROKAnol® SP15L PF meets all the strict quality requirements specified in the latest edition of the European Pharmacopoeia.
ROKAnol SP15L PF has excellent spreading and conditioning properties. Due to these properties, it acts as an effective emollient, especially in cosmetics. Thus, it provides effective skin care by proper lipid-replenishing effect. The product is used as a component of smoothing preparations, and so it provides a feeling of smoothness and softness, giving the skin a healthy and silky look.
The product is not classified according to the CLP/GHS Regulation.
ROKAnol SP15LPF meets the requirements defined by the American Pharmacopoeia and the European Pharmacopoeia set out in the Monograph for Polyoxypropylene Stearyl Ether.
