EXOcon GPH36 is a mixture of anionic surfactants with very good foaming properties. The product is perfect as a specialist foaming agent dedicated to aerating the plasterboard in unstable (coalescing) foam technology.
The active substance content in the commercial product is approximately 36%. EXOcon GPH36 is a liquid characterised by low viscosity. In addition, the product has good foaming properties, but the foam produced with it is highly unstable and in a short time, it begins to rapidly break down. EXOcon GPH36 mixture is produced based exclusively on anionic surfactants.
EXOcon GPH36 is a state-of-the-art product used in highly unstable foam technology. The product introduces air bubbles into the gypsum core, producing pores with very large diameters. The product shows the highest effectiveness in a synergistic mixture with other surfactants in a typically stable foam technology. There it efficiently increases (controls) pore diameter, depending on its percentage in the formulation.
EXOcon GPH36 complies with the biodegradability criteria as set out in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents.
The product is classified according to Regulation (WE) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS].
ADR/RID, ADN, IMDG and ICAO/IATA regulations on transport do not apply to the shipments of this product.
