Rokanate M PE 0201 is a one-component, polyurethane waterproofing membrane used to protect concrete screeds, foundations and walls against moisture. It is moisture-cured.
It exists as a colourless to yellow liquid. It is characterized by viscosity of 8 000-13 000 mPas at temp. 25°C, with the content of NCO groups between 1,9-2,5%.
Wear gloves and safety goggles before using Rokanate M PE 0201 prepolymer. The product is intended for use outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. The surface to be protected should be compact and free of dust and dirt.
Before applying ROKANATE M PE 0201, wet the surface with water using a sprayer. Moistening with water shortens the dry-face/dusting time noticeably. The product can be applied with a roller or brush. After applying the prepolymer, the surface should be re-wetted with water using a sprayer. After curing, watering of the resulting membrane is possible. This does not affect its waterproofing properties.
Rokanate M PE 0201 can also be used as a raw material for liquid waterproofing with mineral fillers and other additives for PU processing.
