Rokopol® iFlex N30 is a polyether polyol. It is a homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (no BHT). It shows high purity and low VOC emissions. It has a hydroxyl value in the range of 46–50 mg KOH/g and a dynamic viscosity at 25°C in the range of 750–1050 mPas.
The product was developed as part of a research and development project co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
Rokopol® iFlex N30 is used to manufacture flexible polyurethane foams with a wide density range and high resistance to scorch. It is used with appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) to produce blocks of elastic foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 120 cm.

high purity and low VOC emissions,
mechanical properties of foam formulated with Rokolop iFlex N30 are comparable to those of foam formulated with conventional polyol,
possibility to produce foams with a density in the range of 23–60 kg/m3 and a hardness in the range of 1.0–5.0 kPa,
the tensile strength of the foam is above 70 kPa, and relative elongation at break is above 100%.
Most common applications for Rokopol® iFlex N30:
standard soft and super-soft flexible foams,
mattresses and cushions with increased comfort factor (furniture industry).
