Petrotex DF30 is a slightly yellow, oily liquid used as a component of the additive package used in motor fuels.
Petrotex DF30 is produced in the reaction of propoxylation of dodecylphenol and purified in neutralisation process.
Physicochemical properties:
density at 15°C: 0.98 to 1 g/cm3;
kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 140 mm2/s;
kinematic viscosity at 100°C: 18 mm2/s;
auto-ignition temperature: 290°C;
flash point: >150°C;
decomposition temperature: > 192°C.
Petrotex DF 30 is a component of a preparation which is a package of additives and is used as a synthetic additive for motor gasolines, acting as a detergent cleaning the inlet and outlet valves of cylinders. The product prevents the accumulation of valve deposits and guarantees their low level in the combustion chamber.
Petrotex DF-30 can also be used as an ingredient in washing, dispersing and emulsifying compositions.
