Roksol MS is an auxiliary agent for the metal and automotive industries. It is designed for washing and degreasing metal products, glass, enamel and plastics. At room temperature, the product is a liquid with the consistency of a thick oil, yellow to dark brown in colour. The product is a mixture of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.
Roksol MS is a low-foaming washing and degreasing agent, chemically neutral to non-ferrous and ferrous metals. It is a product resistant to hard water. It is completely soluble in cold and warm water. Its aqueous solutions are alkaline. The solidification point of Roksol MS is about -10˚C, which makes it easy to operate the product in process conditions. At the same time, the product does not require any special treatment during storage or transport. It is a non-toxic product and does not pose a fire hazard.
Roksol MS is used in the metal and automotive industries. It is designed for degreasing and intermediate cleaning of steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminium and its alloys. It effectively removes impurities created during mechanical processing (oils and greases). It can be used to remove impurities resulting from the operation of cars, motor vehicles and various types of machines and devices.
Roksol MS is suitable for manual and mechanical cleaning and degreasing by immersion and spraying. During washing, solutions with a concentration of up to 3% are used. The recommended temperature of the washing bath is 50-60°C. When washing with solutions with a concentration of up to 1%, the cleaned elements do not require rinsing. When washing with solutions of more than 1% concentration, rinse the cleaned elements with water.
