Rokopol® D1002 is a diol (propoxylated propylene glycol). It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains dynamic viscosity within the range of 130–170 mPas at temp. 25°C, with functionality f~2 and high hydroxyl value of 108-116 mgKOH/g.
Rokopol® D1002 is used for production of adhesives, one-component assembly foams (OCF) and other polyurethane materials. It is characterised by low content of water and sodium and potassium ions, which has positive effect on stability of prepolymers produced using this product.
Main advantages of application of Rokopol® D1002:
low content of water and sodium and potassium ions allows obtaining longer time of storage for one-component (OCF) foams,
high stability of prepolymers manufactured using this polyol.
Most popular applications of Rokopol® D1002:
prepolymers for adhesives and modified MDI
elastomers and two-component sealants with different hardness and high hydrolytic resistance,
rigid PUR foam,
one-component foams (OCF),
additive in production of foams for insulation of pipes and pipelines,
