Ekoproflex A15-46 it is a two-component (A+B) system for producing polyurethane foams of a high resilience (HR). They are mainly used in the automotive industry for the production of seats in cars, trucks and specialized vehicles.
Ekoproflex A15-46 system consists of two components: component A, which is a formulated polyol mixture in the form of white viscous liquid; and component B, which is a mixture of pre-polymer based on aromatic polyisocyanates in the form of a dark brown liquid, containing no suspensions. Recommended weight ratio of the components is 100: 48-54 (A:B). The system can be processed with the use of both low- and high-pressure foaming machines. Full mechanical properties of the product are obtained after conditioning for approx. 24 hours.
An important advantage of Ekoproflex A15-46 is the fact that it does not contain foaming agents which significantly deplete the ozone layer. This is in accordance with European Union rules on trading and use of controlled substances according to Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009. In addition, the product has a Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH) No.: HK/B/0511/01/2014. It confirms that the product used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions does not adversely affect health and the environment.
