Rokrysol JW20 is an effective, synthetic sizing used in the textile industry. It is produced in the form of a viscous, homogeneous, clear liquid, from yellow to dark brown. Rokrysol JW20 is used as an auxiliary agent for bonding warps, especially cellulose, intended for dress fabrics, as well as other natural, synthetic and mixed fibres.
Rokrysol JW20 provides appropriate properties of glued yarn in accordance with the requirements, ensuring further correct processing of yarn into fabric. The product dissolves well in water in any ratio. This ensures uniform application and coating of the bonded yarn. After applying Rokrysol JW20, further stages of fabric processing (gluing process, bleaching, dyeing or printing) are more effective. To obtain the required washing effect, use a soda additive for the detergent.
The process of gluing with the use of Rokrysol JW20 is carried out in a standard manner on classic gluing machine and sectional warping machine. In the case of electrification of the yarn during processing, it is recommended to add a specialist antielectrostatic preparation to the sizing, e.g. Rostat A in the amount of 0.5-3 g / L.
