ROKAcet S24 is a non-ionic surfactant (INCI name: PEG-24 Stearate). It belongs to the ROKAcet S series of surfactants. The product is a derivative based on a mixture of fatty acids, mainly stearic and palmitic acids. This surfactant is available in the form of white to light brown wax and has a melting point of approximately 40 °C. The product is well soluble in hot water.
ROKAcet S24 is a product with low foaming properties. It is used mainly as an emulsifying and dispersing agent in the cosmetic industry. It is used in skin care creams and lotions, hair products, antiperspirants, make-up cosmetics, lip care products, eye creams, hand and foot creams, baby skin care products and shaving products.
ROKAcet S24 is compatible with other non-ionic surfactants as well as anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. It is easily biodegradable in the natural environment. The product is not classified according to the CLP / GHS regulation.
