EXOdis PC950 is a mixture of non-ionic surfactants for use in the production of paints and pigment pastes. It is a clear yellow liquid. The commercial product is available in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 90%.
EXOdis PC950 is distinguished by its dispersing and wetting properties. It is recommended for aqueous pigment concentrates based on organic pigments. In addition, it is suitable as an auxiliary dispersion and wetting agent in the paint manufacturing process. The use of EXOdis PC950 in the formulation enhances the compatibility of pigments in paint. This product has a high degree of affinity to organic pigments. This translates into a significant reduction in viscosity and a very good stabilisation of pigment concentrates.
With the application in the amount of only 5-15%, depending on the type of pigment used, excellent results are achieved. EXOdis PC950 is also characterized by compatibility with pigments in dye products in the range of 0.1-1%.
This product does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and ethoxylated alkylphenols. Additionally, EXOdis PC950 is compatible with commonly used dispersions and rheology modifying agents.
