EKOPRODUR 1331B2 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive (PUR) consisting of a polyol mixture (component A) and an isocyanate part (component B). Each component is a viscous liquid characterized by different physicochemical parameters. Component A has a straw to yellow colour, while Component B has a brown colour, both components are free of suspensions. The system is characterized by reduced emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC), as it does not contain foaming agents that significantly deplete the ozone layer. This is in accordance with the European Union regulations contained in the Regulation ( EC) No. 1005/2009 of 16.IX.2009.
EKOPRODUR 1331B2 is an adhesive used in the production of sandwich panels containing a core made of expanded polystyrene, mineral wool or polyurethane. Due to the speed of its setting, the adhesive requires even and precise distribution. The offer is addressed primarily to manufacturers of sandwich panels working on continuous production lines. EKOPRODUR 1331B2, due to its high versatility, permanently joins painted sheet metal with panels and blocks of expanded polystyrene, polyurethane and mineral wool.
EKOPRODUR 1331B2 has a Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product, when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, does not adversely affect health and the environment.
The EKOPRODUR 1331B2 polyurethane adhesive is primarily used for bonding painted sheet metal with boards and blocks with different cores.
Main application advantages of the product:
fast and durable joining of painted sheet metal with a polyurethane block,
fast and durable joining of painted sheet metal with a Styrofoam block,
fast and durable joining of painted sheet metal with a mineral wool block,
gluing on a continuous production line.
Mechanical properties of the EKOPRODUR 1331B2 polyurethane adhesive:
optimal temperature of raw materials during gluing: 18-22 ° C,
optimal sheet metal temperature before dosing ingredients: ≥ 20 ° C,
press temperature: 30-40 ° C,
average spreading capacity of adhesive: 250-350 g / m2 of the finished panel.
In order for the adhesive to maintain its stability and parameters, the glued surfaces should be thoroughly dried, degreased and cleaned of dust. It is recommended to discuss other processing conditions directly with the technologists, as the conditions must be adapted to specific production requirements, production line parameters and the type of materials to be bonded.
Polyurethane, PU, PUR, two-component polyurethane glue, PU glue, glue for plates, glue for foamed polystyrene, fast-acting polyurethane glue, construction glue, glue for insulating plates, glue for joining lacquered sheets with foamed polystyrene plates.
