Rokopol® RF2000 is polyether polyol, polyoxyalkylene polyhydric alcohol. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 160-170 mgKOH/g, and dynamic viscosity within the range of 500-700 mPas at temp. 25°C.
Rokopol® RF2000 is used to increase hardness and to stabilize the foaming process of standard polyurethane foams. Using Rokopol® RF2000 (max. 10 formulations) and properly selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), blocks of standard foam with rectangular cross-section and height up to 120 cm can be produced.
Main advantages of application of Rokopol® RF2000:
possibility to manufacture foams of density within the range 20-80 kg/m3, hardness within the range 4-12kPa, and elasticity ca. 30%,
tear resistance of the foam is above 50kPa and relative elongation at rupture above 50%,
PCC Rokita SA is one of the largest chemical companies in Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe. Its activity includes the production of chloroalkali, polyether polyols, polyalkylene glycols and phosphorus derivatives.
