Rokopol®G1000 is glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) which exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It is characterized by low content of sodium and potassium ions. It has hydroxyl value within the range of 155-165 mgKOH/g, and its dynamic viscosity is 200-300 mPas at temp. 25°C.
Rokopol® G1000 is used as a base component in production of one-component assembly foams (OCF), foam adhesives. It is used also as an additive improving the foam texture in production of rigid (PUR) foams. It is also used in production of elastomers.
Main advantages of application of Rokopol® G1000:
possibility to manufacture one-component foams (OCF) of density within the range 10-30 kg/m3 and hardness within the range 10-45kPa,
product application allows obtaining very good dimensional stability (contraction below 5%),
low content of sodium and potassium ions allows obtaining longer time of storage for one-component foams,
Most popular applications of Rokopol® G1000:
all-weather one-component foams (OCF),
assembly foams for windows, doors, culverts, rings,
foam adhesives for polystyrene boards and window sills,
