EXOemul RO1 is a specialist mixture of surfactants with emulsifying properties for preparations based on paraffin oil (SN100) and rapeseed oil. The product is available in the form of a yellow, clear liquid with a freezing point of 12°C. This mixture of emulsifiers with good solubility in vegetable oils is easily biodegradable and does not contain nonylphenol.
EXOemul RO1 enables the dispersion of the oil phase in the aqueous phase by reducing the interfacial tension. In addition, it facilitates the dispersion of the oil phase after the addition of water. Moreover, it induces electrostatic and steric stabilization, preventing coalescence or flocculation. EXOemul RO1 is also an emulsifier improving the compatibility of other components in the aqueous phase. It is particularly suitable for agrochemical applications as an emulsifier for the production of adjuvants (tank mix) based on vegetable oils and their derivatives.
EXOemul RO1 is also used in the metalworking industry as an emulsifier for paraffin and plant bases. In addition, EXOemul RO1 is used for the production of release agents for moulds. These emulsions are mainly used as mould releasers for the production of precast concrete products.
