Rokopol® G500 is glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) which exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has low content of sodium and potassium ions. It has hydroxyl value within the range of 290-310 mgKOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 240-340 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Rokopol® G500 is used as a base component in production of two-component adhesives, one-component foams (OCF), fitting foams and foam adhesives. It has very good cross-linking properties. As an additive in formulation of one-component foam (OCF) it increases rigidity and viscosity of prepolymer. It is used also as an additive in production of rigid (PUR) foams. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® G500:

possibility to manufacture one-component foams (OCF) of density within the range 10-30 kg/m3 and hardness within the range 10-45kPa,

low content of sodium and potassium ions allows obtaining longer time of storage for one-component (OCF) foams.

one-component foams (OCF) - winter and all-weather for windows, doors, culverts and rings,

foam adhesives for polystyrene boards and window sills,

polyurethane adhesives and sealants.
