EXOclean MC is a professional cleaning and degreasing agent for preparing surfaces for painting. It is a concentrated mixture of surfactants and corrosion inhibitor. Unlike standard metal degreasing agents, the product does not contain solvents.
The product is not flammable, which translates into its safe use. It is a light yellow liquid with an alkaline pH of 8.5 - 10.5. The presence of a corrosion inhibitor effectively inhibits the formation of surface rust during the cleaning process of metal parts, which is important in the context of preparing the metal surface before applying anticorrosive paint. Excellent degreasing properties in combination with corrosion inhibiting function improve the adhesion of the applied coats.
EXOclean MC is designed for cleaning a wide range of metals: steel, cast iron, galvanized steel (e.g. zinc-plated, chromium-plated, nickel-plated) or non-ferrous metal alloys.
Before using the product, it is recommended to prepare 5% solution and then apply it on the cleaned surface, depending on the method - manually or using a pressure washer. After use, rinse the surface with water.
