ROKAdis 900 is an effective wetting and dispersing agent used in paint production and in the construction industry. It is produced as a colourless or light yellow liquid. ROKAdis 900 is intended for the formulation of pigment concentrates based on inorganic pigments, where its excellent dispersion and wetting properties are an important advantage.
The product can also be used in decorative paint formulations as an auxiliary dispersing and wetting agent, increasing the compatibility of pigments in the product. ROKAdis 900 is also compatible with widely used dispersions and rheological agents.
The product is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and ethoxylated alkylphenols. The use of ROKAdis 900 results in reduced viscosity and excellent stabilization of inorganic pigment concentrates. Even at a low concentration (1-5%) in the formulation, the effectiveness of the product is high. Additionally, this agent has a compatibilizing effect on pigments in the paint product at a concentration of 0.1-1%.
ROKAdis 900 is also used as an anionic emulsifier in the emulsion polymerization process. The product can be used in the production of acrylic, styrene-acrylic dispersions and vinyl acetate copolymers.
