The PCC Group products marked with the pictogram “OEKO-TEX® List of accepted ACPs” belong to the group of raw materials included in the list of Active Chemical Products (ACPs) published by the OEKO-TEX® association. These substances are fully safe for humans and can be used in the production of finished products that meet the stringent requirements of the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification.
OEKO-TEX® is the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile and Leather Ecology. Raw materials are included in the prestigious ACPs list based on the evaluation of toxicology experts. As a result, they can be safely used in finished products that meet the requirements for the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. Examples of such products include coated fabrics that come into direct contact with human skin. Product safety assessment by OEKO-TEX® is carried out in accordance with applicable European regulations and is monitored on an ongoing basis. In case of scientific discoveries that could disqualify a product included in the ACPs list as safe, the association has the right to remove it from the list.
