Spray insulations are high-quality products intended for application both inside and outside residential, commercial and industrial buildings. They allow users to efficiently reduce heat loss of the buildings, which effectively decreases the heating costs.
The spray insulations offered by the PCC group include innovative two-component polyurethane systems which, after application, create a rigid foam with closed-cell structure. They have self-extinguishing properties and low content of volatile organic compounds. The spray insulations contain no foaming agents that could damage the ozone layer. The initiating factor of the foaming process is the carbon dioxide produced during the reaction between the components of the mixture.
Polyurethane spray insulations have their physico-chemical parameters stable over time, while the uniform layer and the lack of joints effectively improve energy efficiency of the entire building. The insulation products of PCC Group may be applied to any building material. An additional advantage of the systems is their low heat transfer coefficient and reduced insulation layer thickness, even by half, compared to standard insulations. The products are highly resistant to moisture and wind, as well as to fungi and mould.
